Email Subscription Types
Email subscriptions are categorized by communication type, and you have the flexibility to choose which you'd like to receive or opt-out of. When updating preferences you'll find the following Email Subscription Types:
Accounting Communication - Financial, Tax, or Accounting Communication emails regarding your account
Candid Account and Software Alerts - Candid Color Systems account alerts, lab updates, and software maintenance communications
CCS Support Communications - Communications from the CCS Support team regarding orders, accounts, or other important alerts (Including Support Tickets)
Customer Communications - General updates and notices for customers
CORE Software Update - Important CORE, PhotoMatch, or related software updates or alerts
Now Software Update - Important Now Candid Software updates and alerts
PortraitPress Communication - Updates and announcements regarding PortraitPress accounts, products, and services
Knowledge Base
Our Knowledge Base is full of how How-To's, What-If's, and Step-by-Step Guides.
Did you know you can access our Knowledge Base through the chat box in your CORE account? Many Knowledge Base resources are password protected. To make sure you see all of the available content navigate to the Sign In button in the top right corner & login with the email address you use to communicate with the CCS Support team. If you haven't set up a password, click the "forgot password" link. You'll be prompted through an email notification to complete the login.
